Phil has 19 years of experience as a real estate agent in Kitsap County. He has earned the CRS, ABR, and CNHS designations. Only five percent of the real estate agents in the United States have achieved the sales and educational requirements to hold the CRS designation. ABR is the Accredited Buyers Representative designation. CNHS is the Certified New Home Specialist designation which helps Phil to assist his buyers when they are purchasing new homes. Phil has served the community by working with its youth and coaching over 300 games in basketball and football before he stopped coaching. Phil has coached players from all over Kitsap County in select basketball and has even won an AAU champinoship. He started a basketball club with two select teams. Phil has coached football at Olympic High School at the varsity level. Phil loves competition and always puts his clients needs first. He loves coaching his clients helping them achieve their real estate and investment goals.
