Buying or selling a home should be an enjoyable process. When you can anticipate things, they don't become 'surprises' that cause unneeded stress. The ability to guide clients through the processes is what I provide to have a smooth transaction.

Professional Skills

In over 25 years of Kitsap County real estate work I've worked with hundreds of clients in financing their homes and investments, learning the current market, meeting buyers’ housing needs or advising sellers on how to prepare for selling. Listening, and then integrating my clients' needs into the local market, are the keys to having great transactions. We live in a unique area surrounded by mountains and water. Knowledge of the area is critical to helping you make a decision you can live with for years to com.

Family

I've always been active in the area's outdoor activities, from Scouting, to camping, fishing, birding or crabbing. I'll have lots of ideas for your family outings, nearby or statewide. There's tons of great things to do after you're settled in your new home.
